Muskoka Cottage Developments specializes in luxury vacation homes in Muskoka, Collingwood, Haliburton, Parry Sound, and surrounding Ontario cottage country destinations.
We work with our clients, their designers, and architects, to capture their vision while considering the natural landscape features of a property.
Working in conjunction with SIR PM Group and Ensō Innōvations we employ a combination of the finest materials, cutting-edge design, and the highest standards of construction.
From sun-dappled summer cottages to cozy winter chalets, to permanent residences, we are a full-service builder, designer, and renovator of gorgeously crafted vacation homes.

Josh is an international entrepreneur and investor who brings a world of experience to his professional roles as CEO, Muskoka Cottage Developments, CFO, SIR PM Group, and President, Ensō Innōvations. Josh's vision is to merge the worlds of high tech, development and sustainability into a realistic and attainable model which will help the environment and in turn heal Planet Earth.

TRADITIONAL
Inspired by historical design elements, with acute roof pitches with gables and dormers, traditional homes typically incorporate a formal dining and living room and features such as fireplaces and front porches.
CONTEMPORARY
You will want to determine if your budget is realistic for what you want in your home or cottage, what extras or upgrades you desire and feel are non-negotiables, and where you’re willing to sacrifice budget in one area to get what you want in another area of your home.
